Slumber falls camp & retreat center

Is an outdoor ministry center of the South Central Conference of the United Church of Christ. Our twenty acre facility, nestled along the beautiful Guadalupe River, can host three simultaneous events at any given time. The Woelke Lodge facility can accommodate 70, the Kelsey Lodge facility can sleep 40, and the Bizer Retreat Center can house 40 people. There are three outdoor worship areas.

Cedar trees dominate the property, with Cypress trees found along the river. An Indian mound and numerous fossils abound near the area known as Fossil Flats. While Slumber Falls is best known  for Christian summer camps for kids aged 6-18, our facilities are used by a wide variety of groups from all over Texas and the United States during most weekends of the year.
